Document register management, transmittal issuance, numbering system setup, client portal submissions, revision control, and project archiving.

Planning Engineer
Schedule development in P6 or MS Project, progress monitoring, lookahead preparation, S-curve reporting, delay analysis, and MOM documentation.

Document Production
Standalone document preparation — method statements, TQs, ITPs, lifting plans, risk assessments, SOWs, MTOs, and shutdown work packs. Priced per document.

Shutdown & Turnaround Support
Dedicated PE and Planning Engineer for shutdown duration. Schedule build, scope definition, work pack preparation, site coordination, and closeout documentation.

Up to 8 hours per month of PE support — TQ responses, document reviews, ad hoc engineering queries. Ideal for contractors without a full-time PE on the books.
